Gate Ventures has announced that Dr Johnny Hon is joining the Board as executive chairman with immediate effect.

Dr Hon has significant contacts in the film and media industry, and the company says it intends to capitalise on those connections.

Geoff Morrow, currently the executive chairman, who has 45 years’ experience in the entertainment industry, is assuming the role of CEO.
